FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of conditions do you treat?

We provide psychiatric care for a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, OCD, and substance use. We also specialize in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, offering care tailored to the developmental and emotional needs of younger patients.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a private-pay (cash-pay) practice and do not contract directly with insurance companies. However, we can provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What are your fees?

Our rates vary based on the service and provider. Initial evaluations typically range from $450–$600, and follow-up appointments range from $250–$400. A detailed fee schedule is available upon request.

Do you offer telepsychiatry?

Yes. We offer both in-person and secure, HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry appointments for your convenience. You can choose the format that works best for your schedule and comfort.

What ages do you see?

We treat children as young as age 5, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Each provider may have specific age ranges they specialize in—please contact us for help finding the right fit.

How do I schedule an appointment?

To request an appointment, simply complete our online intake form or call our office. Once we receive your information, a member of our team will contact you to match you with the best provider based on your needs and preferences.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Will I be prescribed medication at my first visit?

Not always. Your initial appointment is a comprehensive evaluation. If medication is recommended, your provider will discuss options and work with you to determine the best course of action. We prioritize shared decision-making and patient education.

Do you offer therapy as well?

At this time, we focus on psychiatric services, including diagnosis and medication management. For ongoing psychotherapy, we are happy to coordinate care with your current therapist or provide referrals to trusted licensed therapists in our network.

Let us help you find care that's right for you.
